How To Setting Object Ownership in Access 2003

By default, the Admin account owns all objects in a database (and the database itself). You can change the ownership of any object and assign the object to a specific user or group. The owner of an object has administrative-like powers. That individual can assign permissions for the object and thereby control who else can gain access to that object. However, the Admin account will also have full privileges to every object, regardless of ownership.

Did You Know?

You own the ones you create. The user who creates a table, query, form, or report is, by default, the owner of the object and has full control over it.
